Tourettes Action is a support and research charity working to improve the lives of people living with Tourette Syndrome.

We only work with highly qualified UK psychologists who have themselves stopped hair pulling.

YoungMinds are a mental health charity for children, young people and their parents, making sure all young people can get the mental health support they need.

National Association for People Abused in Childhood — offers support to adult survivors of childhood abuse (18+). Offers 30 minutes of listening support; cannot offer ongoing support.
